RX8 oil changes?

Planning my (someday annual) roadtrip south, Ottawa, ON - FL, and am looking
for recommendations regarding oil changes during trip.

Mazda dealers her in Canada don't have "fast lane service" making dealer
service a time consuming process.

What would folks suggest for service to keep my trip on schedule?

Seems to me the driving distance in Canada would be small enough
not to require oil changes on the road. In the US, there are lots
of quick change places. Or you could do yourself. Drive the front
up a curb to have enough crawl space. In a Miata, storing the new
and used oil would be a major problem, but AFAIK that might well
be different on an RX-8.
