I am in VA and have a 1994 miata M edition for $2,800 o.b.o.
The title is questionable. It does not say salvage on this title nor on
the old title from MD, but the vin number was changed.

paint: some scratches on rear trunk deck from where i covered it with a
tarp cause the old top was leaking. scratch near front tooth from
getting pulled out of the mud at a wedding
( was parked in the grass and then it started raining)
Needs: hood latch, passenger side air bag.
