Mazda5 offers seating for six in unique car
Mazda, the Japanese auto manufacturer, has come up with what it is
calling a totally new type of vehicle, claiming that there's nothing
else like it in today's marketplace.

Even though the Dodge Caliber only seats '5', I would say it's quite similar
to the Mazda 5. Unique is a kind term for both.

In concept, perhaps, but not in execution, according to road tests. The
Caliber is described as feeling numb. Of course, that won't be a minus
for its intended market.

It's been out in the UK for ages.

Of course, you could get 3 MX-5s ;-)

Seems rather similar to the Honda Odyssey. The Honda seats 7, but only
because of differant design of the middle seat. Not sure that makes the
Mazda "unique"

It's hard to tell from a photo lacking other vehicles for reference but I
believe the '5' is substantially smaller than an Odyssey (sp?).

Manufacturers sites give a mass of 1610Kg for the Honda, 1511 for the Mazda,
in base spec. Much the same.
