I don't have an owner's manual for my 99 Millenia S. I recall seeing "two
position wipers" as part of the all-weather package that includes heated
seats, heavy-duty battery, etc., so I assume I got this feature.
Does anyone know how I can park the wipers in the higher position to prevent
them from freezing in the cowl (aside from turning off the ignition with the
wipers running)?
