Need schematic for main blower for...

....early-90s MPV. Front blower is not working and the Haynes manual has wiring
diagrams for just about everything BUT. Rear blower wiring is similar, but not
identical, and what info there IS for the front blower in the manual is
incomplete/inaccurate - for example, the manual shows a "BLOWER" relay in the
engine-bay relay box, but the van in question doesn't have that relay, or the
connections for it.

Odd thing is, the blue/orange "hot" wire that feeds the blower motor, which
should have 12V when the blower switch and ignition are on, instead shows around
5V EVEN WHEN THE BLOWER SWITCH IS OFF, and doesn't change when the switch is on.
I disconnected the motor's blue wire from the blue/orange, and connected it to
another 12V source, and the blower works fine through all speeds, while the
blue/orange wire still only reads 5V.

Jumper the switch. If the fan runs, replace the switch.

Already replaced the switch. Relay is next suspect, but I don't know where it
is - it's not under the hood where the manual says it should be.

Is there power to the switch?

I think my buddy checked that already (it's his van)... what would really help
would be a wiring diagram that actually shows this blower circuit, and an
accurate location for the relay.
