Or, the OP is bad to his cars.
I had an '00 Protege ES for almost three years. Not a spot of rust
anywhere on it when I traded it in for an '03 6s at the end of '02. If
the paint is undamaged, it doesn't matter of the metal is galvanized,
stainless, or base iron. If the paint is undamaged, then nothing can
reach the metal to rust it. This is why it's important to pay
attention to the body work, and get those dings and scrapes taken care
of.
